While there’s plenty of companies catering to owners of Falcon’s and Commodores and their aftermarket show-and-go requirements, the Ford Territory doesn’t get quite as much love.

Fear not Territory owners, for now the folks at Territory Crazy are here with a turbo intercooler upgrade kit and other modifications for the Australian-built SUV. The company is new and the product range is limited but that will surely expand in time. The people behind the products appear to have plenty of experience under their belt, so while they might be a startup, this isn’t some pack of rookies making it up as they go.

The intercooler kit in particular looks promising, retaining the factory air box and offering simple installation. The specs suggest a noticeable increase in power, efficiency and throttle response. Plus the kit looks very factory, which is great for avoiding any unwanted attention in your engine bay.

So if you have a Territory you want to squeeze more ponies out of, these might be the guys to speak with. In these difficult times it is better to throw your money at a small local business than some global giant who doesn’t need any favours.
